The redesigned site seamlessly blends Mediterranean rustic charm with contemporary interiors, offering guests an exceptional range of dishes inspired by the region, transporting them to the sun kissed shores of the Mediterranean.
As part of the refurbishment the site has undergone a number of changes including a refreshed bar, updated terraced patio and children’s play area. The restaurant orangery is also being refurbished and will offer a further 55 covers when it reopens in the autumn.
With its fresh look, the Ego at The Hollybush has transformed the restaurant into a vibrant, welcoming dining space perfect for celebrating life’s special moments with family and friends.

At Ego at The Hollybush, guests can enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean with a menu inspired by the sun-soaked shores of Amalfi, Andalucía and beyond. The restaurant seats 100 guests and the bar area seats an additional 30 covers, making it the ideal spot to enjoy cocktails, cask ales and wine. Guests can also choose to drink and dine outside on the terraced patio area.
Guests at Ego at The Hollybush can expect only the best of the Mediterranean when visiting the new restaurant — from the delectable Chargrilled Merguez Spiced Lamb Koftas or Moroccan Style Lamb, to the Cypriot Halloumi Chargrilled Kebab. While for dessert guests can chose from dishes including Callebaut White Chocolate & Raspberry Crème Brulée and Raspberry and Almond Frangipane Tart, served with either vanilla ice cream or custard. All perfectly complemented with a refreshing French Martini, Lime & Mint Cooler mocktail or a crisp Chardonnay.

The Ego at The Hollybush will also have a private dining area available for hire in the Autumn, making it the perfect venue to celebrate events such as special anniversaries, birthdays and university graduations. The refurbished space has the capacity to comfortably seat up to 55 guests for any occasion.
