High Protein White Bean salad with Feta & Lemon Garlic Vinegrette recipe | Wellness Wednesday
Today we are trying this high protein cannellini white bean mediteranian salad recipe. Nutritious, simple, and delicious healthy option meal for the middle of the day.
The ingredients and recipe are as follows!
15.5 oz can of cannellini beans
15.5 oz can of white beans
2 shallots (minced & sliced)
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cups of feta cheese
2 tablespoons lemon
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoon greek yougurt
3 tsp Fresh dill
in a small bowl combine
Greek yogurt
Lemon
grated shallots
grated garlic
olive oil (poured gradually)
3 tablespoons dill
3 tsp fresh dill

Hey YouTube y’all. Today on Wellness Wednesday, I’m making a high protein white bean salad with feta and lemon garlic vinegarette. Let’s get into today’s video. This does call for dill, don mustard, lemon, cherry tomatoes, and canoli beans. I’m using canoli and white beans. the hack I showed you previously. Cut off the top of your lemon. Extract the most from your lemon. Thank you for clicking on today’s video. Follow these directions and you too will make have an amazing high protein white bean and feta with garlic and lemon vinegarette dressing. It was amazing. I signed up for a book club, so I probably stabbed myself in the foot, but I had to make something for the book club. So this is what I decided to make for my girls. You do two tablespoons of lemon, two tablespoons of Greek yogurt, and one teaspoon of don mustard. I did use two teaspoons of don mustard. And I’m telling you, it didn’t stand a chance once I brought that dish into the book club. They loved it. And I loved it, too. And again, it’s high protein and everything we’re looking for over 50. So you guys, if you get a chance, try this recipe. I think you’re going to like it, too. Again, two teaspoons of Greek yogurt. The directions and the exact ingredients ingredients will be listed below. Then you get your grater and take some fresh garlic and grate two to three cloves of garlic. You won’t be disappointed. It adds a wonderful subtle flavor to that vinegarette dressing that we’re making, which is the base of our white bean high protein salad. [Music] Be careful. Pro tip, be careful with shallots. It gave me a paper cut. Um, so always peel off that exterior shell first. [Music] Now, me and Publix deal, three teaspoons of dill. Um, me and Publix deal that it’s from Publix. But I’ve never seen deal be liquid or moist like this. So, that means the package was probably open. It wasn’t bad. It has a great smell to it, but I’ve just never seen it be moist like this before, but I used it anyway. So, three teaspoon of dill. And combine your yogurt, your um lemon juice, your shallots, and your garlic. We’re going to gradually pour in 13 cup of olive oil. Half a cup of cherry tomatoes. Then slice in half like I’m showing you here. Two 15oz cans of beans. One canelli and one is northern white. [Music] [Music] Thank you. [Music] Then rinse your beans well.
