I’m guessing the user was the one who made the error and rather than verify their order, just assumed sauce and cheese were gonna be default.
That said, everyone involved committed a crime.

This reminds me of the time i ordered one of those stuffed pizzas from Papa Murphy’s. I got home and cooked it only to find they only put sauce in it. No cheese, no toppings, no nothing. The store had closed by then so I couldn’t go back and I had nothing else to eat at home. I depressingly ate sauce bread and wrote corporate a e-letter like a nagging old grandma. They offered me a free pizza but I never claimed it (kinda thought they might hide a dump in it or something).
