Deer ate nearly every pepper I had. Are these done for or can they come back still?

They’ll come back. My goats ate all of mine down to about couple of inches each. I’m harvesting peppers from those same plants daily now.

I think they will come back if the deer will leave them alone. The day after I got all my peppers in the garden we had a big hailstorm come through, big enough that I’m getting a new roof, it devastated my plants. Most of them didn’t have any leaves, a few the main stem was broken. About 3/4 of them survived and came back but it did delay the growth. Good luck

Even if they don’t, the deer got ahead for your your overwinter pruning if you have somewhere to grow your favorites during the offseason

So, like, they didn’t mind the heat? Are deer insane?

They will come back, around the time the deer do.

Go to store and get some hots. Hang the peppers on the plants.. they will learn to leave them alone..
