I bought it thinking it was Greek yogurt until my friend pointed out that it was Greek style yogurt. Can I still turn this into Greek yogurt? What are procedures or steps I should do? This will be my first time making yogurt. 😗

Some countries have laws to protect their national products or produce. It’s likely to be made the same way as Greek yogurt but law might prohibit it from being called that as it would imply it actually came from the country of Greece.
Treat it the same way as Greek yogurt as it is the same style and probably everything else was done the same way to produce it as in any Greek mass production factory (it just wasn’t actually made in Greece).

You can make more yogurt, but idk about changing the culture. Like if you have a some left & some milk, you can make more yogurt.
