    Chocolate popcorn maker cover.

Cover the top with chocolate chips, place over a frying pan filled with popcorn kernels. As the kernels pop, the steam escapes through the holes, melting the chocolate which then drizzles back through the holes and over the popped popcorn.

With Gas stoves this is used to spread out the heat over the whole area. It’s placed under the pot/pan over the fire. Best for sauces, rice, etc. not v good for high heat

Probably good to heat up some arepas… Google “parrilla for arepas”

It’s a tortilla massager. Sometimes tortillas get overwhelmed, anxious; this device was invented to help with that. You haven’t really had a taco until you’ve tried a relaxed tortilla taco.

  6. It’s the doohickie, for doing that thing to the whoozawutzie.

    That’s a de-fuser.

Get it good and hot, and gently place it on your enemies face.

    Defuses any situation.

It’s that thing. You know, the thing with the holes? Yeah, yeah, and the wooden handle! Yup, that thing.

No matter what it actually is, it looks like it could be a pretty decent skimmer

Looks like something my nonna would use to flip whatever she was frying up that Sunday afternoon

I thought it was a pasta strainer

Clearly an ancient braille Mayan calendar.

It’s a heat diffuser. You put it between the burner and a coffee pot

It’s a spaetzle slapper. You mush dough through to get nice even ribbons. I use mine when I only want to cook and strain a single handful of noodles.

  18. Most likely a heat diffuser, used to bring down the surface temperature a pot rests on while over heat (typically on a stove or coffee maker hot plate).
