    We have something similar to this that I make at work. We use soup spoons and put a little dollop of chopped toro, then uni and kaluga caviar and kizame. Finish it with some truffle ponzu. We call it “spoons” and you take it like a shot (sort of). I’d love to make a variation with ikura 😍
