Some people may ask me, “Hey, Deborah, why do you put all of that into your frittata? Can’t I make a simpler one?” Of course you can. I just really love to put as many packed veggies in with my eggs as possible. So, I’m just getting a really wellbalanced meal. Some people like simpler. Some people may even make it a little schnazzier than what I’m doing. You can even see here that I am keeping some of the seeds in a few of the jalapenos and then um digging out the other ones. So, I like to have heat, but I don’t want to be burning my mouth off with my eggs. So, I like to keep a little bit in there just to give it that flavor that you’re looking for. This is a great addition and baked so well into this frittata.
