Easy and very delicious Apricot and Walnut Rugelach/Rolled Cookies. They are soft and flaky inside and a little bit crunchy outside, not too sweet and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
100g/ 5 tbsp butter, room temperature
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g/ a little bit less than ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
200g/ 1.6 cups plain flour
about 4 tbsp apricot jam
chopped walnuts
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 20 min. Cool on the tray and dust with some icing sugar (optional). Enjoy!
