Since it’s so freaking hot outside I’ve been trying to eat more cold meals; here’s a chicken salad I made and the mixture is pretty amazing.

Shown Serving:
– 570 calories
– 50g fat
– 45g protein
– 4g carb

I meal prep all the cooked items in bulk and leave them to cool overnight, and cut the meat into small pieces

  • 5oz chicken thighs
  • 2 pieces of bacon

  • 2oz cucumber

  • 2 sticks of celery

  • 10g of pecan halves

  • 10g of diced olives

  • 20g of mayonnaise

  • 15g of course ground mustard

  • topped with tajín & everything seasoning

    Oh! Also forgot, diced pickled jalapeños for a nice kick
