    My rough take on the delicious Chinese dish – tomato egg stir fry.

    tomatoes and eggs stir fry ~ 330 calories (2 large eggs, 1 plum tomato, 2 tsp. sesame oil, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, chopped onion & garlic, ground ginger, pepper)

    2 slices multigrain crispbread w/ 1 Tbsp. buttery spread ~ 150 calories

    Green tea with pomegranate ~ 0 calories
