Finally getting around to re-seasoning the evo. The griddle top is warped somewhat so I am going to try to get it flat. I have read to heat it up and add weight to it. I was thinking get it hot and put a 10 inch disc on top and use a bottle jack to get it back to flush 😳. I found also get a 3/8 steel plate cut to 30 inches and use that. I also have read that you can cook on granite and slate, just thinking out loud. Anyway for 200.00 bucks with the cover it's looking pretty good .
