Tonight I’ve got a few friends coming over so I’m making a Greek inspired dinner. I started things off with a homemade ficatcha which I prepared the night before. I then made a slow roasted Greekstyle lamb shoulder for the main. I let it cook low and slow in the oven and threw in some potato wedges to soak up all the flavor from the juices. For a side, I made a Greek salad with a sweet honey dijon dressing. Once the lamb was fall apart tender, I let it rest before plating it up. This was so good. Give it a go.
