Homegrown tomatoes, basil and garlic. Simple, delicious linguine dish.

    Sauteed sliced garlic in EVOO, added cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt, allowed to cook on low until bursting, added a few splashes of white wine and a few pea sized drops of Calabrian chili paste, increased heat to medium until sauce was halfway reduced. Added pasta to the sauce pan just before al dente, a few tablespoons of pasta water. Removed from heat, mounted with unsalted butter. Chiffonade some basil and grate some Pecorino Romano, finish with last.
