   [Here’s the recipe!](https://www.pinterest.com/pin/creamy-chicken-spinach-tortellini-soup–119486196352305304/) I follow it exactly except I remove the oil, skip the microwave step, and use two containers of halved baby tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes.

   This was one of my mom’s favorites, and I haven’t made it for a year and half since she passed. So it was a little sad, but it was still delicious!
