    I’d buy a cowboy next time cause your paying for the bone , cowboys have most of the bone trimmed off, as far as how it looks it looks fine, did you enjoy eating it? That’s all that matters

    Am I too late? I bet it melted in your mouth. I buy those, but they cut the bone off. I only buy them when they’re marked down, though.

    I’d have cooked it slightly longer as I like it closer to medium rare, but I’d eat that for sure.

    I asked for a tomahawk from the butcher and this young kid acted like Thor when he was pulling it from the display cabinet and as it got up overhead the sheer weight continued to lift upwards and he was headed down towards the scale and it sailed about 6 ft away banked off the floor and then the wall …… kid continued to ask me if I still wanted it as all his coworkers were blasting him……..

    I’ve noticed that ribeye will turn almost solid pink after a couple hours of oxidation
