The Traveling Merchant was added to Grow a Garden as during the Mega Harvest update.

As the name suggests, the Travelling Merchants offer you a new way to purchase items in Grow a Garden but they’ve not always available! There are five Travelling Merchants, including the Gnome Merchant, Mutation Spray Merchant and the Sky Merchant.

So let’s take a look at the Travelling Merchant in Grow a Garden, starting with the Gnome Merchant before moving onto the Sky Merchant.

Grow a Garden Travelling Merchant explained

The Travelling Merchants will appear every four hours in Grow a Garden next to the Seed Stands. They’ll only be available for 30 minutes, so make sure you take a look at their stock and purchase anything which catches your eye before they leave.

At the time of writing, there are five Travelling Merchants in Grow a Garden – the Gnome, Sky, Summer, Honey and Mutation Spray Merchant.

Grow a Garden Gnome Merchant explained

The Gnome Merchant in Grow a Garden is a little gnome (surprise, surprise) who offers you the chance to buy Gnome Crates. Each crate has a different set of gnomes inside and one will be randomly selected for you upon opening.

Grow a Garden Summer Merchant explained

The Summer Merchant was added as part of the Prehistoric update, and is the one you want visiting if you want to get your hands on some Summer seeds like Feijoa or Pitcher Plant, because these are no longer available in the regular seed store!

Grow a Garden Honey Merchant explained

The Honey Merchant was added during the Prehistoric update and sells items that were originally available as part of the Bizzy Bee and Queen Bee update events. Unlike other merchants, you’ll need to use Honey to buy items from this merchant instead of Sheckles.
