“At Globe, we believe that meaningful innovation must go hand in hand with inclusive progress,” Globe chief sustainability and corporate communications officer Yoly Crisanto declares. “Our advocacy for food security stems from a clear-eyed view of the challenges many Filipinos face, where access to technology often runs parallel to access to basic needs like food.”

Diners may join the movement through six participating restaurants: Anzani, which offers a modernised take on Mediterranean cuisine; Goxo, whose Basque-inspired menu reflects the best of Spanish fare; Kasa Palma, with its soulful plates of island food; Mrs Saldo’s, which fuses Southeast Asian and French flavours; Roots, a blending of international cuisines with Filipino produce; and Taupe, whose dishes are elevated into an art form.

Each restaurant was chosen not just for its elevated culinary offerings, but also for its passion for giving back.  Each has curated a special, signature set menu for Gastronome Giving. When a diner avails of this, a portion of the proceeds is automatically donated to the Hapag Movement. Globe Platinum customers can book via Thea, their Platinum digital assistant. Extra perks await both them and FDC members, including curated amuse-bouche courses and meetings with the very chefs involved.
