Anita Gelato on 2nd Ave UES. How are restaurants allowed to keep “pending”?

Anita on the UES got essentially 2 B level point inspections in a month period, but are still “pending” on the official website and on their own window

Question to the food professionals on this sub, how are restaurants able to stay in pending status after the violations? Even if they fix it in the future, they should have a temporary B showing
