Finally took the new machines out of the box today. ECM Synchronika II and EG-1 with Core and Ultra burrs. The Bambino Plus and Sette 270 will be gifted to my bestie, who is currently using a super automatic.
Was debating between the Zerno Z2, Lagom 01, and the KafaTek M98V. Ultimately decided I didn’t want to wait weeks or months. And I already love everything about the EG-1.

I love my ECM technika – was considering upgrading to a variable flow control like yours has. Do you find yourself using it and do you notice a difference?
ECM makes a damn fine machine, i dont think i’ll need to upgrade for a looong time (had mine for about a year or so and I love it).
How do you like that matcha set ?
