spent 5+ hours crafting this cake for my friend’s baby’s baptism reception at a local restaurant. I brought it inside the church so it wouldn’t melt in the car. The very kind usher took it to keep it safe in the kitchen… you can see what’s about to happen…
They served it to the congregation before my friend even saw it 🤬😭😭
I made a second simpler cake and brought it to her later that day.
Lesson learned: don’t bring a cake to church if you aren’t going to serve it at church
