

Ingredients, weights/measurements, and calorie breakdown in second photo
I’ve been really into making grain bowls the last couple months. This one has a base of red bulgur (cooked with low sodium vegetable Better than Bullion), with canned albacore, sliced cucumber, home-pickled red onions and carrots, fresh mozzarella, and a small amount (2 tsp) of Italian vinaigrette. Made with the ingredient amounts I used (in the second photos), this has 346 calories, 20 gm of protein (tuna 10, cheese 4, bulgur 6), and 390 mg of sodium). It was very tasty!
