PEACH HALLOUMI CAPRESE SALAD 🍑 for my big peach summer series!
Here’s how to make it:
1. Slice a block of halloumi cheese into 1/4-inch slices.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat and add in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
3. Sear the halloumi for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
4. On a plate, layer the seared halloumi slices with the slices of one yellow peach and 8-10 large basil leaves.
5. Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy immediately!

I love having this as a snack during the week day or making it as a quick app when family comes over on the weekends 🧡

Every time peaches are in season, I go absolutely feral. So, welcome to my new series, Big Fat Peach Summer, where I am sharing some of my go-to peach recipes. And this one has become a delicious snack that I can’t get enough of. It’s a super simple peach halumi caprese salad. Let me know if you try this one. It is just so addicting.
