Bottomless brunches?

Recently moved here from NYC and one of my favorite ways to spend a Sunday is getting some friends together and hitting up a bottomless brunch spot (ie all you can drink) to enjoy mimosas, margs, bellinis etc. with our meal.

Ideally looking for places like these that offer not just mimosas (because I don’t like mimosas personally), but a mix of cocktail choices for a fixed $20-30 add on. For example one of my favorites was a Tex Mex spot called Javelina with unlimited margaritas, mimosas, and mexican mimosas for $25. Given the prevalence of Tex Mex in Austin I figured there’d be some comparable options but I’ve found nothing so far.

I get that bottomless brunch culture is not as big of a thing in Austin, but from googling around I’ve barely found anything, so curious if there are any spots folks know of I’m not seeing. Closest I found was this list which only had two actual bottomless brunch spots listed and they were unfortunately mimosa-only (which for $30 is kind of nuts). Thanks for the help!
