3 boxes on the left are mine, 4 on the right husband’s. i was too lazy today to think about snacks so it’s just rice cakes🤣

breakfasts:
*pancakes with jam (oats, banana, egg and blackberry jam)
*egg muffins (egg, peppers and onions for one day and spring onions for a second day) with veggies on the side (tomatoes, cucumber, peppers)

(180• for 15 minutes in the oven)

lunch:
*casserole for 2 days:
cooked rice, fried chicken with onions, peppers, pickles, mayo and ketchup, grated cheddar

i know the ingredients together might sound weird but it’s really good! layer them and bake for 40min in 180•

*tuna pasta (tuna, pasta, can of tomatoes, sweetcorn, onion, corriander)
