How to make an easy pasta salad with pasta shells, veggies, and eggs.

Ingredients:
8 oz. Uncooked Pasta Shells
2 Cups Frozen Peas
4 Eggs
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Salt
Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
Directions:
1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the frozen peas during the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time. Cook pasta until al dente, remove from heat, then drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a small pot, bring enough water to cover eggs to a boil, cook the eggs until hard boiled, about 10 minutes. Peel eggs then roughly chop.
3. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, basil, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste, until well combined.
4. Transfer the drained pasta and peas to a large mixing bowl. Add the hard boiled eggs, red bell pepper, onion, and mayo mixture. Stir pasta together until well combined. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
