



Made some over-the-top smoked brisket Texas chili, took that off to sit for a day and opened up the vents to make Sunday dinner cheesesteaks.
Some might say I went too hard on the wiz, to which I’d retort shut your filthy mouth there’s no such thing.
First time I’ve made nomato chili and I’m fully a convert now.
