Are there any restaurants that make crispy garlic chicken? It’s super common in Seattle (Buddha Ruska) but I’m having a hard time finding it at Thai restaurants down here. It’s a sweet, sticky, crunchy, and kind of spicy coating on small pieces of chicken breast/thigh with fried basil and garlic on top.
