Does anyone know how I should clean this without ruining the whole thing?

Magic eraser, dawn powerwash? Mine has a few stains as well but I’ve never really worried about it that much since the food doesn’t actually touch that part.

If there’s any crusty food, you can scrape it off with plastic or wood utensils. Use toothpaste to get the rest off, avoiding wiring with minimal water.

Barkeepers friend. It’s made to clean all surfaces and it’s like $2 for the jar of powder. I use it to clean our shower, stainless steel sink, cooked on soup in Dutch ovens, everything

Damp cloth, no chemicals.. as they may cause toxic fumes when heated.
Wipe down as best as possible, use minimal dampness as functionally possible, and let dry for at least a day so no water is left behind.
