I would go in to detail but if you really want to see change in every aspect of your life, meal prep will do it for you, I never thought it would but I’m living proof.

    you may want to bring something non plastic to heat that up in. I had health problems possibly due to microwaving meals in tupperware for years. glass/cast iron prep/storage/reheat is the way. otherwise hell yeah! always have something ready so you avoid fast food

    I’m pretty sure my comment will be sound childish but I’m really intrigued cause I want to implement the meal prep lifestyle. How are you able to enjoy your meals? I’ve tried to meal prep and aside the convenient side of it, I fell sad for the recipes/meals I made 😞 I ended up feeling that my week doesn’t have any fun to it. Note: I’ve searched and made different recipes from Pinterest but besides the hard work all of them taste as something is missing

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
