Recipe
Kunafa dough-250g
Melted unsalted butter -100g
Corn flour-2tbsp
All purpose flour/ maida-1tbsp
Sugar -2tbsp
Milk -1cup
Cream cheese -2tbsp
For sugar syrup
Sugar -1/3 cup
Water 1/3 cup
🌼Mix melted butter and kunafa dough. Divide it into 2 equal halves. Place the first half to a baking tin and press well.
🌼For the filling, mix corn flour, maida sugar and milk without any lumps and boil on a low flame for a minute. Add cream cheese & mix well.
🌼Spread it evenly on the kunafa dough and place the remaining dough in top and press gently
🌼Bake at 180degrees for 20mins. 10 minutes each side.
