Farlam Hall, with its Michelin-starred Cedar Tree Restaurant, will welcome Rebecca Gibb, Master of Wines, for the event on Wednesday, August 13, at 6pm.

Guests will enjoy five selected New Zealand wines, each matched with dishes by Hrishi Desai, Cedar Tree’s chef patron, and his team.

The night will begin with a glass of sparkling wine and canapés before diners settle in the Michelin-starred restaurant for the evening.

The hotel is also offering the option to stay overnight in one of its 12 rooms or six suites, with a full Cumbrian breakfast the next morning.

The event costs £220 per person, which covers the welcome drink, canapés, a tasting menu with coffee and petit fours, and wine pairings for each course.

A Farlam Hall keepsake is also included.
