Okay, whoever meanted the Ninja Creamy, I owe you my life because Ninja Creamies are the pinnacle of high protein, low calorie desserts, like being able to eat entire pint of ice cream for a quarter of the calories of a normal pint. Sign me up. Don’t worry about which recipes to use or which tips you need to follow because they’re all right here in this video. Hi, if you’re new here, I’m Amanda aka Fit Food AE and today we’re making 30 high protein, low calorie ninja creamy ice cream recipes. There’s truly something for everyone. So, let’s get started, shall we? So, first up, we’ve got Rocky Road. This is one of those childhood classics, or at least I ate it during my childhood. Now, guys, I sped up all the recipe videos here cuz otherwise this video will be over an hour long, but you guys get it. Of course, all the recipes are going to be linked in the description, by the way, with the full macros. So, now that we’ve blocked that out of the way, guys, I’m going to be saying some of my best tips throughout this video, just so you know how to make Ninja Creamy the right way. So, for mixins, I like to dig a hole and then add the mixins into the middle and press them in and then cover that hole. The reason I do this is because you want the mixins to be evenly distributed, guys. You don’t want them to all be at the top because that’s not fun. So, easily just dig a hole in the middle there. And then of course you want to add a little bit more mixins on top. But if you’re tracking macros, just make sure to not go too crazy. I absolutely love the mix-ins for Rocky Road. The marshmallows, the biscoff, the chocolate chunks. So so good. I think traditional Rocky Road maybe has nuts in it, but I’m not like the biggest fan of nuts. But if that’s what you want, you do you. But yeah, this tip seriously changed a ninja creamy game when I discovered it. Next up, we’ve got rum raisin. So this is another childhood classic. And some people might be like, “Oh, but it has rum in it. Like, why would you eat it as a kid?” No, actually, this ice cream does not have rum in it. It has rum extract. I think you could maybe make it with rum, but I chose not to. I normally don’t like raisins, but I really, really liked this recipe. I feel like I will make an exception. But yeah, you got to soak the raisins in water and the rum extract before adding them in as mixins. Don’t be afraid to get creative. Like, I was actually a bit scared to make this recipe cuz I’m like, “Oh my god, what if it doesn’t turn out or what if I don’t like it?” But you just got to test different things and test your limits because otherwise how are you going to learn? And you want to use the Ninja Creamy to its full potential. So yeah, you’re using that tip that I said before to dig a hole in the middle just so the raisins are evenly distributed. And then look how thick and creamy this came out. Absolutely love the color of this, too. The taste was very like caramellyesque, which is absolutely delicious. And yeah, just look how thick and creamy this is. Recreating nostalgic flavors is like one of my favorite things to do. So, next up, we’ve got mint chocolate chip. Now, a tip I have for you guys, which helped me because I had to actually make this recipe twice, is knowing the right kinds of mixins to use. Okay, so for mint chocolate chip, originally I just used like regular chocolate chips, and I realized they didn’t get distributed as well as I would have liked, and the ice cream is a bit too minty and not chocolatey enough. So, what I did the second time instead was use shredded chocolate. Like, I basically took a chocolate bar and I like used a knife to like cut up shreds or whatever. And then I put those in the middle and they really really evenly distributed. And then it looked more like mint chocolate chip ice cream is supposed to look like with like the specks of chocolate all throughout rather than like just the chocolate chips not being distributed enough. Although I got some feedback comments on Tik Tok that some people just like to use regular chocolate chips, but I think it looks better like this and more evenly distributed. But you do you. I normally don’t even like mint chocolate chip, but I got a lot of requests for it and my boyfriend really likes this flavor. It’s like his favorite flavor, which I think is a bit sketch, but comment below if you have like an unconventional favorite flavor. We’ve got an interesting one up next. This one is bubble gum. Now, you might be thinking like, how am I supposed to get that bubble gum flavor? And what’s essential to this recipe is the bubble gum extract. So, I got it on Amazon. Um, it’s going to be linked in my store, um, which you can find a link to in the description, but yeah, just using a little bit of this extract gives it that really strong bubble gum, like nostalgic flavor, and it’s so so good. Now, I haven’t really found like an alternative for bubble gum extract. Like, if you don’t have it, honestly, I feel like just skip this recipe if you don’t have it. I guess you could just add the bubble gum pieces and then call it a day, but it just won’t be bubble gummy enough. And people were asking like, “Oh, can you eat bubble gum?” If it’s like small enough pieces, yes, you can eat it. Um especially if they’re frozen. But another tip I have is to make sure to add the bubble gum pieces as mixins. And don’t add it in like the liquid before freezing, otherwise it’s going to be way too frozen. But yeah, look at how pink and delicious this looks. Of course, I added some food coloring. Some people are saying like, “Oh, food coloring, that’s unhealthy. I don’t want to add that.” Like, I’m sorry. To top off the nostalgic flavors, we have cookie dough. So, this is actually my favorite flavor to date. Like, if I go to an ice cream store and they have this, I’m getting it. I think I just love cookie dough pieces. Like, I could just eat them straight up. And you can eat them straight up without the risk of salmonella because I use the Pillsbury ready to eat cookie dough. So, they just assume that like you could just go in and eat the cookie dough so it doesn’t have eggs. That’s the best one to use. Um, obviously, if you don’t care, just use regular whatever you have, but I would highly recommend getting this one so you don’t get sick. But yeah, make sure to not go too crazy in the cookie dough if you’re tracking macros because it really adds up with calories. But it’s so fun to eat and honestly, I could just eat this all day every day. It’s so good. It’s like my favorite flavor and it pairs well with just like traditional vanilla ice cream. So, now we’ve got some flavors of donut protein powder. This one is lemon cheesecake. This is actually my favorite flavor out of the ones without protein powder. It’s so good. Like the taste really wowed me. Now, the way that we’re going to get the protein up is with cottage cheese. So, if you don’t like cottage cheese, then go away because a lot of my recipes include cottage cheese. No, I’m kidding. Then maybe just make the ones with protein powder. But yeah, I didn’t blend the cottage cheese beforehand because like it gets blended with the Ninja Creamy obviously. So that’s fine. But yeah, the texture turned out so well even before I did the second spin. But yeah, a tip I have if you’re not going to use protein powder and you still want it to be high protein is you got to get creative with the ingredients like Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. Don’t be afraid to add those in. Like it doesn’t taste like cottage cheese. It’ll taste like a delicious high protein dessert. So, yeah. Look at how fluffy and thick and delicious this looks. I mixed in some shortbread crumbs, but you really do whatever. I just thought that was like cheesecakeesque, and that’s what I kind of had in my pantry. But yeah, look at the texture of this. Oh my god, absolutely delicious. Next up, we’ve got chocolate covered banana. So, my trick when you’re adding frozen fruit, make sure to blend it at a ahead of time, which I know sounds counterintuitive, but it’s just better uh for the Ninja Creamy. In the instruction manual, it says to do this. I’ve tested it like without blending and with blending, and it works better if you blend the fruit beforehand. So, yeah, this one obviously uses bananas, and this is another one without protein powder, which is great. Um, I decided to add a little bit of almond milk before the second spin. You can kind of just gauge it. Like if it looks already thick and creamy enough, you don’t need to. But if it looks a little bit dryer or powdery, make sure to do that. I feel like I could have added a bit more almond milk with this one, honestly. But it still turned out absolutely delicious. And it has the perfect amount of chocolate and banana. Like it’s not overpowered by one or the other. So this one is classic vanilla bean. Now, I wish I actually got like literal vanilla bean to put in this recipe, but we didn’t have it, so we used vanilla extract. Another tip I have that I say in all my videos is to use zanthan gum. Literally just one gram or honestly even less. This thickens the ninja creamy and makes it less icy. It makes a huge difference. In a lot of my older recipes, I didn’t use it and I feel like the recipes didn’t turn out as well. So, I feel like if you come across some of my older recipes, which you will in this video, I’d recommend just like adding a gram of bananth gum to it if you can. Um, if you don’t have it, you could use guar gum as an alternative or of course just like the traditional pudding mix, but I feel like it doesn’t turn out as well. But yeah, this is a really good just like base recipe. Vanilla. You could eat it on its own or add some mix into it. And it didn’t have and it doesn’t have protein powder, which is great if you don’t want to include protein powder in your creamy. If you’re the type of person that doesn’t want it to be too sweet, you can also omit some of the sweetener or add more if you want it to be even more sweet. Chocolate peanut butter. Now, some other questions that I get, I mean, I have a whole video that talks about substitutions, but the Fair Life milk, some people are like, “What if I don’t have access to that?” Well, there are other protein milks in the market you could use like Dairy Land or you can just use regular 2% milk. Like, obviously, Fair Life has better macros, but I know sometimes it’s hard to find and maybe might be a bit more expensive. So, just feel free to use regular milk. Um, I would highly recommend not using like all almond milk or like all of just like a non-dairy milk, especially almond milk because almond milk is like mostly water, right? So, if you use just almond milk, your pint is going to turn out icy and it’s just not going to be good. But obviously almond milk is lower in calories than other milks, which is why I like to mix it in with the Fair Life. But yeah, look at this recipe. This one is a little bit less sweet than the others, which is perfect if you want that. But if you want it to be more sweet, feel free to add more sweetener or add some peanut butter cups to it. That would be so delicious. Last recipe of the no protein powder series is strawberry cheesecake. So for this recipe, I blended strawberries and added them ahead of time. What I didn’t realize was that I should have added more strawberries because the color really dilutes, especially because I used butterscotch cheesecake mix instead of the vanilla one. that uh color really took over, but I didn’t want to remake it cuz I knew it was still going to turn out well. So, what I decided to do was add some red food coloring. Oh, I needed to be like the cheesecake color. But yeah, as you can see, the color originally didn’t turn out as expected, but I decided to save the day by using some red food coloring cuz I’m like, realistically, it’s going to taste the same, but I just needed to be that like color. But yeah, that’s another tip is like if you care about the color of the ice cream, the color does dilute like once you do that second spin. So, you probably need to add like more fruit than you think or like more food coloring than you think. I love the graham cracker crumbs on top. It adds like texture to the ice cream, a little bit of crunch, and it was delicious. Now, we’ve got some more fruit ice cream. So, orange creamsicle is up next. This fruit ice cream, I actually didn’t use fruit. I used like fruit juice. So, I normally don’t care for like fruity ice creams. Like, I’m more like the chocolate or caramel kind of thing, but I absolutely loved all of these. They were so so good and decadent. But yeah, you’ll notice that after I do that first spin, before I do the respin, I always scrape down the sides of the pint. So, you could either do this or you could like hold it under hot water for like 30 seconds to a minute. I just do this because it makes it more blended and less icy. you’ll see in some of my earlier recipes. I didn’t do it cuz I didn’t know. But we live and we learn. And that’s why you’re watching this video is to get my expert tips. But yeah, look at how that turned out. It looks like a Wendy’s frosty kind of. It’s just the texture is absolutely amazing. And again, it doesn’t look as orange as I would have liked it to be, but it tasted very orange. Like it tasted like if orange juice and ice cream had a baby, which is actually which is exactly what I was going for. Blueberry ice cream. This one’s my favorite fruit one. So, you’ll see I didn’t blend the blueberries ahead of time cuz this is my first time making a fruit ice cream. It still turned out well, but I feel like it turns out better and it just mixes better if you blend the fruit ahead of time. But yeah, you’ll see it’s already bluish purple and I was like, hopefully this turns out. Yeah, I remember taking it out and I was like, oh my god, why does it look like a bit gray after freezing? But trust the process. It still was totally fine. But yeah, obviously you’re going to do light ice cream followed by the respin. And then if you’re adding mixins, which we’re not for this recipe, you would do mix it instead of respin. A lot of people ask me like, why do you do the light ice cream setting instead of regular? It’s because it’s it’s light ice cream. Like it’s light, lower calorie ice cream. If I was making regular ice cream, I would use the regular ice cream setting. I’ve never made regular ice cream in this, though. I’ve only made light ice cream cuz that’s what I bought the Ninja Creamy for. But yeah, look at how good this looks. so purpley bluish. I was so excited when I first made this recipe cuz I was like, “Yes, now I can make like all the fruit ice creams.” And this was so good. I was impressed with the taste. Next up, we’ve got banana. Now, what annoys me about some of my older videos, and this isn’t even old. This is from earlier this year. I used to make the text so big and it looks like very non aesthetic, which is annoying. Anyway, guys, in all the recipes that I use protein powder, I use PE signs. Of course, you guys know this. It’s a whey case blend. If you want to purchase from PE signs, please use my discount code FIF 15 or use the link in description. In this video, I use vanilla uh vanilla cake pop. Those are like the best flavors to buy if you’re like a PE science newbie in my opinion because they’re the most versatile. Also, chocolate truffle. That one is really really good for my chocolate recipes. But if you don’t have chocolate protein powder in my chocolate recipes, you could just use vanilla protein and then just add like some more cocoa powder. But anyway, back to the video. So, we’re doing the respin now. And this one was really good. I feel like I maybe could have added more banana if you like a super strong banana taste. You want to feel like you’re literally eating blended fruit. But otherwise, I personally think the amount I added was perfectly good and it tasted like banana ice cream. If you wanted to add mixins to this to make it like ban offy pie or like that sort of thing, you could add graham cracker crumbs or like cookies. Okay, when I first posted this recipe, I said, “Girl, you got to let that man go as the opener.” And people absolutely hated it. So maybe I just will stop trying to be funny. But anyway, this recipe was delicious. I’m a big fan of mango. It reminds me of like being on a beach. By the way, guys, you’ll notice that I’m using this like contraption thingy. This is called a milk frother. I bought it on PE Scienc’s website. You don’t need it. Like, you could just shake the creamy, but you got to make sure to keep the lid on tight and sometimes the ice cream will start like stewing out of it and it’s really annoying. So, I’d highly recommend getting a milk frother if you can. It just makes it a lot easier. Um, it’s battery powered, so just make sure to not like put it in the dishwasher. But, okay, you guys have to let me know if you find this too, but I find one downside to Ninja Creamies is that if I eat them too fast, I get a brain freeze. And I know you’re going to be like, “Well, duh.” Like, it happens with any ice cream. But I find it happens with Ninja Creamy more than any other ice cream. Maybe because I’m just like, “Oh my god, there’s such a big portion and I have so much to eat that I just like eat it faster.” But yeah, I definitely got a brain freeze with this and it hurts. Last fruit one, we got a strawberry. So, this is actually one of my older recipes, and I didn’t use uh zanthan gum, but I’d recommend adding that if you can. So, for this one, I used strawberry jell-o powder, and I found it made a big difference in like the color and just like taste. So, if you have that accessible, definitely do that. But yeah, honestly, even without gum, this turned out pretty well. Okay, guys. We’ve got our Ben & Jerry’s pints now. Oh, now I absolutely love these recipes because those Ben & Cherries ice creams, they’re so high in calories, and I just wanted to try remaking them so that we could sit on the couch and cry our eyes out after a breakup and not break the calorie bank. No, I’m kidding. But this one’s fish food. This one’s really, really good. The thing is, I couldn’t get like the fudge fish. Like, I guess I could have made them myself, like made them into a fish mold, but I was like, that’s I’m too lazy to do that. So, I just use like milk chocolate chunks and we could just pretend like they’re shaped like fish. Okay. So, yeah, there’s milk chocolate. And then there’s this like jetpuff marshmallow. That was really, really good. And then also some caramel. That’s basically how we’re doing the fish food. That’s like basically the mixins. Like that is like the most accurate thing you’re going to get. And this has like a quarter of the calories of the Ben & Jerry’s one. So, you could definitely enjoy it guiltfree. But yeah, unless you go completely overboard in the toppings or just add way too many. 345 calories for an entire pint is delicious. This Ben & Jerry’s pint is still one of my favorites to date. Peanut butter cup. I think peanut butter cups pair really, really well in protein ice cream. So, you’re going to use powdered peanut butter. People are like, “Oh my god, like where do you buy that?” It’s like, guys, this isn’t some like mythical ingredients. You could literally get it from any grocery store. I guess you could use regular peanut butter if you don’t have access to it for whatever reason. But yeah, you always got to make sure to add monk fruit sweetener cuz basically um after you freeze the pint, it’s going to become less sweet. So it’s always important to add the sweetener just to make sure the ice cream is sweet enough. Otherwise, it’s just yeah, not going to be sweet enough. So I usually add about 15 g, but you could add more or less depending on your preferences. Another tip I have is to make sure to always freeze for 24 hours. Now, sometimes you end up freezing for like 20 hours or whatever, depending on if you make the pint the night before and then you enjoy it like the following evening. But some people are like, “Oh, I only freeze it for like 6 hours and it turns out.” And like, no, I have not had that experience. Like, the best tasting ice cream is when I actually freeze it for the full amount. And that’s literally what’s shown in the Ninja Creamy Handbook anyway. But yeah, I absolutely love this ice cream. Oh my god, the texture turned out so delicious. And I just absolutely love peanut butter cups. What are we doing next, guys? Chocolate fudge brownie. Okay, this is a delicious chocolate one. So, for the mixin, I actually use an Alpha Prime brownie. So, Alva Prime are basically these protein brownies. They’re delicious. They have like a little over 200 calories and 19 g of protein per brownie. Um, if you have access to them, great. They actually only ship to the US. I do have a discount code. It’s fit 15. If you want to buy them, you totally should. Otherwise, you could just use like a fiber one brownie or whatever other brownie that you have. This does make them way higher in protein with the fiber one. But, I understand if you don’t want to use like protein powder and a protein brownie, whatever. P Science is good because they ship pretty much anywhere in the world. And that’s why that’s one of the reasons why I really like them because obviously my fan base is global, but then I try not to pitch too many products that are like only available in one country or whatever. Okay, what do we think about fall recipes in the summer? No, I’m just kidding. But I feel like by the time some people see this video, it might be fall. Who knows? But this is a pumpkin pie ice cream. I remember making this and I was like in such a good mood cuz I love fall. Like October is probably my second favorite month after July or June. I can’t decide if June or July is my favorite month cuz my birthday’s at the end of June. But anyways, this flavor is really, really good. Again, reminds me of pumpkin spice season. I did use the PE Science pumpkin protein, which again, I know that’s not available year round. Maybe you have some of it lying in your pantry from last year, but otherwise you could just use snicker doodle. If you don’t have snicker doodle, you could use vanilla. But I added some biscoff cookies as the mixins here. I should have added um a hole in the middle obviously, but I didn’t always apply some of those tips and tricks in my earlier videos, but I put some extra biscoff crumbs on top. And 250 calories to the whole thing. Absolutely delicious and nice and orange. So good. And guys, we can’t have our fall ice cream flavors without apple pie ice cream. Now, hear me out. I know it sounds a bit strange, but Pe Science has an apple pie flavored protein. I actually have some of it in my pantry which I need to use up. But that protein powder flavor is perfect for this recipe. So for the mixing, we’re going to use apple pie filling. Now you’re probably like, “What is apple pie filling?” So in a can basically at most grocery stores, they sell it. And it’s basically what you would find inside apple pie. It’s like sliced up apples in syrup. So I’d recommend using these as opposed to like just apples cuz I feel like those aren’t going to taste as good. And then just add a graham cracker in there. Again, dig a hole in the middle. I didn’t do that in some of these early recipes, but of course I didn’t want to refilm it. That’ll help it just get evenly distributed. That’s like one of my best tips. Also, another thing, if you put all the mixins at the top, then the machine might not work. Like, it might not seal. So, just digging them in allows the machine to like not break, that sort of thing. This looks so creamy and delicious and absolutely reminds me of fall. Okay, guys. We’re oneird of the way through this video. Playing off of what I had said before, be careful with the parts of the Ninja Creamy. Like, I know sometimes when it doesn’t um click right away or when you’re trying to put the pint in and you maybe you accidentally overfilled it, it can get frustrating, but I accidentally broke my first Ninja Creamy cuz I was like frustrated trying to like fit it in. So, definitely just be careful with it. You always got to make sure when you’re putting the lid on that you hear that click. That’s like the most satisfying part. And also try and make sure to not overfill the pint. There’s going to be those like lines that say like max fill. Just make sure to yeah not fill it past that point. This Biscoff little squeegee bottle, I actually bought it because the actual like biscoff in the container wasn’t available. But then I realized like this is such a good thing to have because it’s way easier to drizzle it on top of things as opposed to like having to melt biscoff that comes from the container. We got another Ben & Jerry’s recipe. This one is halfbaked. Now, is this similar to a couple of the other recipes I just showed? Yes. It’s basically cookie dough pieces and brownie pieces with vanilla ice cream, which sounds absolutely amazing. But obviously, the actual Ben & Jerry’s pie is like, I don’t know, 1,200,300 calories, and this is like a quarter of that. So, this is a great invention. I feel like I stopped making the Ben & Jerry’s remakes. I think because I just like had a certain amount of them that I wanted to make. But comment below if there’s more like Ben & Jerry’s or other higher protein ice cream pans you want me to remake. But yeah, I basically used that same Pillsbury ready to eat dough, which I literally wish I had some in my fridge cuz that would be amazing. And then I sprinkled some Alpha Prime brownie on top, but again, you could just use whatever other brownie you have. I also added to, funny enough, sometimes because I’m like filming and taking pictures of ice cream, by the time I go to eat it, it’s like already a bit melty. Sometimes it’s a good thing, but sometimes I’m like, I wish I could just eat it and not have to take videos of it. Next up, we’ve got another Ben & Jerry’s flavor. This one is Cherry Garcia. I remember in Ontario at the like mall that we live near, there was an actual like Ben & Jerry store and they would sell these flavors. Now, I haven’t come across one of these stores in a long time, but I would get this flavor cuz it’s just like the perfect combination of like a good fruit like cherries that blends to ice cream as well as some chocolate. I think it was like dark chocolate. But yeah, absolutely love that blend. I think a lot of people are either hard ice cream or soft serve people. I do have the Ninja Swirl because Ninja um Shark Ninja sent it to me for a brand deal, but I haven’t used it in a while just because like it takes up a lot of counter space obviously. And then I have this regular Ninja Creamy and the Ninja Swirl. And I’m just like too lazy to take it out. But the Ninja Swirl is good cuz you can use you can make it like regular hard ice cream as well as the soft serve ice cream. But obviously there’s just like a extra step with the soft serve. This recipe uses marishino cherries which I absolutely love. Like if I get a drink at a restaurant and or someone else’s drink and it has marishinoa cherries like I’m taking their cherry just like people that don’t take pickles, you like take their pickles. Now we’re into our holiday flavors. So this one is hot chocolate. Of course it is cold ice cream, but it’s just hot chocolate flavored. So I used hot cocoa mix in this recipe and that’s what gives it the flavor. And it was absolutely delicious. I’m so happy I came up with this idea. And who said you can’t enjoy ice cream in the winter? like you could definitely enjoy it year round. I feel like my Ninja Creamy recipes perform well any time of the year. So, I’m going to continue to make them any time of the year. But yeah, of course, we follow the same steps with this recipe. Light ice cream/ almond milk, putting the mixins in. So, I put marshmallow cream in the middle and then on the top you’re going to put some marshmallows because like that’s what hot cocoa is about. Obviously, I put up a Tik Tok the other day and I asked people like, “What are the funniest things you’ve done to like prevent your Ninja Creamy from being too loud?” And people said like, “Bring it into my garage. Like, put a blanket over it.” And I thought that was hilarious cuz I never really thought it was like an issue, but I feel like for a lot of people it is. I love just enjoying ice cream with a blanket on the couch. Next up, we’ve got gingerbread, which I know if you’re eating this in like July or August, it might be a bit strange, but this is a great holiday flavor and honestly tastes great year round. You’re going to add molasses into this recipe. That’s what kind of gives it the gingerbread flavor as well as all the spices, of course, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger. Make sure to not add too much and just add the amount that it says cuz you don’t want it to be like too gingery or whatever. But yeah, basically the color of this looks exactly like gingerbread. These gingerbread cookies, they’re called shasha cookies and they’re really good. They’re like lower calorie and they’re just great to put in the middle and they’re really cute as well. And then if you want, you could also put some on top. But yeah, just make sure to stick them in there so they’re fully distributed. And this ice cream turned out really creamy and delicious. But I think I did forget to scrape down the sides for this particular one. So just make sure to do that. You can also top it with biscoff as well if you want it to be sweeter. But yeah, under 300 calories for the whole thing. So so good. It’s nice to have an ice cream scoop as well, just for like that added effect, but I wasn’t using that to actually eat the ice cream, of course. Okay, eggnog ice cream. Do we like eggnog? Yes or no? Basically, in this recipe, we use a combination of eggnog and the Fairlife milk. So, even without the mixins, this is like about the same amount of calories as ice cream with mix-ins, which is totally fine. But yeah, I know a lot of people are eggnog haters. You could also get light eggnog. I think what I did for this recipe is I tried to order light eggnog, but it was like sold out in the grocery store, so I just used regular and I was like, “Okay, whatever.” But if you do want to lower the calories more, you could use light eggnog. I don’t even know if eggnog is regular year round. Like I’m pretty sure around the holidays and even then regular every grocery store. It’s funny being creator. Obviously, I’m creating holiday around the holidays and even then sometimes some of the ingredients I want to get a recipe like aren’t available yet and November Halloween stuff. So, I don’t understand why it can’t be the same for Christmas ingredients. Okay, we’re almost done, guys. We’ve got caramel. I don’t understand. Was I kind of running out of holiday ideas and just getting creative with this? Yes. I feel like this caramel pecan is kind of similar to some of the other recipes, but obviously has pecans in it. Did you know that pecans are one of the most likely dense foods ever? Like basically per 100 g. So I don’t know why I’m using it in a high protein, low calorie recipe, but we’re just using like a very very small amount. I’m honestly not even the biggest fan of pecans, but I was like, “Oh, this is very like holiday eat.” Sometimes that’s the thing with like being a recipe creator is you have to make recipes that like you’re not necessarily like the biggest fan of because you get a lot of requests from it. But luckily my boyfriend pretty much eats everything. So I just like you’re not wasting food. We’ve got white chocolate peppermint up next. RP science is white chocolate protein flavor. They don’t have it on their website anymore. I’m pretty sure they just release it release it in like small batches, but I use that. You could obviously just use vanilla. Um but you use a bit of peppermint extract. Don’t add more than like 2 milliliters cuz you don’t want to be too pepperminty. And then I remember with this recipe, yeah, I was trying to make it in November and I couldn’t find candy canes anywhere and I had to like do like a wild goose chase around Vancouver and I couldn’t find any so I ended up getting on Amazon. But yeah, don’t put too many otherwise obviously it’s going to be too pepperminty. But yeah, that’s basically it. If you want to put some white chocolate chips as well, that balances out the pepperminty flavor. But this is a great holiday recipe. Candy hands are sort of distributed throughout. If you want, you could also chop up a white chocolate bar and put that in the middle as opposed to putting the white chocolate chips on top. If you’ve made it to the end of this video, congratulations. We only have two recipes left. So, this one is coffee flavored. Now, you’re going to use some cold brew coffee. I asked like if caffeine is still a thing, if you’re putting it in ice cream and eating it, and the answer is yes. So, maybe don’t eat this at the end of the night if you’re sensitive to caffeine. But sometimes it could be exhausting being a recipe creator and always having to like make and test new recipes as opposed to eating tried and true ones. Like I feel like I’m always making new dessert recipes, making new Ninja Creamy. So often times I don’t end up eating ones that I made previously cuz I’m just constantly testing new ones. But I feel like that’s a good problem to have because I’m constantly testing new things and it’s exciting. But yeah, you’re going to put some dark chocolate in there. Again, this is one of my earlier recipes and I put the dark chocolate at the top. So, make sure to just chop a dark chocolate bar and put it in the middle and then it’ll like evenly distribute. But yeah, you definitely don’t have to, but I wanted to give it that like espresso vibe. But yeah, under 200 calories for the whole thing. That is a good deal. Such a good treat. Lastly, we’ve got maple ice cream. Oh my god, guys. I’m so sick of doing this voice over. So, we used pea sign snicker doodle and we used brown monk fruit just to give it that kind of like maple snicker doodle vibe, but of course you could just use regular monk fruit. We’re going to go through all the regular steps for this recipe. For the mix in, we’re using um Edy Smith sugar-free maple syrup. Of course, you could just use regular syrup if you don’t have that available, but this keeps the calories down. This recipe on its own is like under 200 calories, which is delicious. If you want to add mixins there, you could also add some like maple cookies or some graham crackers. That’d be really good. But yeah, I just like to top it with a bit more maple syrup just to make it even sweeter. Look at how delicious that looks. It’s so well blended. I absolutely love this recipe. So happy I found you!! Been loving your recipes!
Sorry about the audio being weird/dubbing for a minute around the 26-27 min mark, I swear the rest of the video is fine!! 😅❤
I love my creami. I haven't bought store ice cream in over 3 1/2 years! When I do like sweet flavors cotton candy I use water inhancer flavor or sf syrup but the water flavor packets adds the best flavor to me . I love using Catalina crunch cereal as topping when I do like my blueberry cheesecake flavor or chocolate PB for cinnamon . It s just more protein & great crunch. I love your videos. Also when I do candy canes I crush them ahead so it'll be easier to blend one of my favorites at the holidays. Gotta stock up when they bring them out in October js 😂 to keep for up coming months. Tyfs all your favorites 😋💜💜💜
Nice! I've been compiling all the best low-cal Ninja Creami recipes on the internet recently (many of them yours) and I've had to keep switching back and forth looking for them. Now that we have these recipes all in one video this makes things SUPER helpful. Thanks for all the effort you not only put into coming up with these but all the filming and editing work you have done as well. It saves the rest of us us SO much time. Thanks as always!
Pro tip for amazing chocolate distribution/incorporation: MELT the chocolate first in a bowl via microwave in 10 second intervals mixing around in between. add the chocolate drizzle instead in the center, close lid, THEN do your mix-in setting.
You will get lovely evenly distributed chocolate ribbons througout. The chocolate will re-harden instantly. it's genius. trust.
how do we actually get the recipe? I clicked on the lemon cheesecake one and it was a little mini video. It said recipe below but there wasn't anything. Where are we supposed to find it?
I love black raspberry and black cherry-yummmmmmm
