  1. Rosemary and garlic potatoes

    500g baby potatoes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 sprig of rosemary
    2 tsp chicken stock
    1 tsp salt
    2 cloves of garlic chopped
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    4 cups Water

    -In a pot put of water, stock powder and salt bring to a boil on medium heat!
    -Add the potatoes and garlic powder stir and cook for 10 minutes, scoop out the potatoes and put on a plate.
    -In a pan put butter and oil heat on medium until the butter melts then add the potatoes, fry them until golden brown, thereafter add chopped garlic and rosemary lower the heat stir and cook for 1 minute then turn off the heat serve and enjoy
