Had on the smoker. Didn't feel like turning the smoker off yet so cranked it from 225 to 250 and threw on some corn ribs. I have seen 2 different videos for the corn ribs and also Mexican street corn, so it put it all together. 40 min on 2 sides @ 250, mayo and your rub of choice…pretty damn good.
