I made veganos (my vegan version of cubanos) with roasted Cajun-spiced sweet potatoes with remoulade to dip in and black bean-corn-avocado salad.

A cubano has:
—Cuban bread (I subbed an Italian hoagie)
—roast pulled pork (I subbed bbq jackfruit)
—smoked ham (I subbed hickory smoke tofurkey)
—Swiss cheese (I subbed vegan smoked provolone)
—mayo (I subbed vegenaise)
—yellow mustard
—cayenne
—dill pickles

    Looks bomb. I make a poor man’s version of this with just the hickory smoked tofurkey (or actually the ham one is good too) and cheese and pickles and a yellow sauce. What vegan cheese brand did you use?
