Hello dear viewer. I’m happy
to welcome you to my channel. Today we’re going to make a very
simple but incredibly delicious dish. My name is Julia. Let’s get started. All right, let’s start by cutting
the chicken breast into four pieces. Cover the pieces with some plastic wrap. That way, nothing flies around and we
don’t smash the meat too hard. Now, gently pound the meat. This helps
it cook evenly and makes it super tender. Season it with a bit of salt and pepper.
Just go by taste. No need to measure. All right, flip the meat over and do the same
thing on the other side, just like we did before. Let me know in the comments where
you’re watching from. I read every single one and try to reply. I’m really
curious. What state or city are you in? Now, we’re going to need some prunes. They add a nice sweet touch and keep
the meat juicy inside. Oh. Hey lovely people, please support us by giving
this video a like, subscribing to the channel, and leaving a comment. It really helps us grow
and reach more people. Thank you so much. All right. Now, let’s go ahead and
grate some mozzarella cheese. It’s going to melt perfectly and
hold everything together. Plus, who doesn’t love gooey, melty cheese? All right, that’s all our ingredients. Now, it’s time to roll everything up into little
chicken rolls. First lay down a few prunes. Then add some mozzarella on top. And
just roll it all up nice and tight. I like making smaller rolls. They cook faster, look cuter on the plate,
and they’re just easier to serve and eat. By the way, according to our channel stats,
it’s about 50% men and 50% women watching. And I think that’s just wonderful. I love
that our videos bring everyone together. And really, why shouldn’t both men and women
enjoy good food and a cozy kitchen, right? And really, why shouldn’t both men and women
enjoy good food and a cozy kitchen, right? So, yeah, it needs about 30 minutes
at 356° F. And while that’s baking, we’ve got just enough time to throw
together a fresh summer salad. Let’s start with some fresh tomatoes.
I love using ripe, juicy ones. They really make the salad pop
with flavor, especially in summer. Next, we’ll slice up some red bell pepper. It adds
a nice crunch and a bit of sweetness to the salad. Now, let’s chop up a little onion. Not too much, just enough to give the salad
a bit of bite and extra flavor. Now, let’s add some crumbled old feta
cheese. It gives the salad a creamy, salty kick that’s just so good. And of course, what’s a good salad
without some fresh herbs, right? Let’s toss in two cloves of garlic, just finely
minced. It gives the salad a nice little kick without overpowering it. Add two tablespoons
of yogurt. And then give everything a good mix, just until it’s all nicely coated. Season
with a bit of salt and pepper to taste, just enough to bring out all the flavors. All right, everything’s ready. Now, let’s
move on to the fun part, plating it up. Just look at that. Golden, cheesy, and full
of flavor. It smells amazing. And trust me, it tastes even better than it looks. Tell me that doesn’t look
delicious. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that
melted mozzarella. Come on. Thank you so much for watching
all the way to the end. If you enjoyed this video, please support

Greetings from CT. in the US. If you pound the chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap that you have moistened with water, the chicken will freely come away from the plastic instead of sticking.
I love dried prunes, and enjoy the sweetness they give a dish. We just had company stay for over a week, and I have a large amount of mozzarella cheese left over…so this dish would work well for me this week! What did you drizzle over the chicken before serving? Thank you!
Hello, I'm watching from Sydney, Australia, and I'm in love with your chicken rolled in bacon, Chef's kiss. I've just subscribed and can't wait for more.
