Ingredients
For the dough crust:
1 bar(8 oz) butter, shredded
2 cups flour
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 cup cold water
Mix well with your hand until you get a sticky but not too sticky dough, cover the ball dough with rapping plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours. With a rolling pin you are going to flatten the dough until you get the thickness you desired.

For the peaches:
5 peaches, chopped into slices
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Brush the dough crust with egg wash and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
