Hey honeys, Justina here. So today’s episode. So I’ve already got the pork chops marinating right over here. So we’re gonna have some pork chops tonight and we’re going to make some uh baked potatoes. So we got some uh we got six of these right here. We’re going to cut up. Um, I’ve already showed you how I make my pork chops. So, I’m not going to go ahead and wind that on out and show you again. Just go in the video section and scroll down until you see pork chops and I’m making them. So, we’re going to do that. It’s just the same way. And all right, now it’s time to do the potatoes. So, let me be right back. I’m going to go ahead and get my knife ready cuz I thought I already had it ready and I didn’t. But these are what you’re going to need. So, need six of these big bad boys right here. We’re going to cut them up. We’re going to turn these into wedges. You’re going to need one um one stick of butter in the measuring cup. Plus, we’re going to go ahead and heat that up as well to um where it turn into liquid where we can just, you know. And then we got some avocado oil as well that we’re going to um have we’re going to pour that into it as well where the potatoes gets stuck with the seasonings on it. Hope I’m using the words right. I don’t know. But you know you know seasoning gets stuck to the potatoes. That’s how we like them. You you get the drill. You get the drill. And we’re going to be also using some Kinder Garlic Parmesan seasoning as well. I’m already doing that to my steak. I mean, steak. [ __ ] I wish I had some steaks right now. But I’m doing that to my pork chops. So, yes. I’m going to be putting some of those with it. And I’ll show you guys the finished product cuz I know a lot of people are saying, “You don’t show the finished product.” Okay, honey. Don’t worry. You’re going to be seeing the finished product. All right. Be right back, honey. All right, honey. So, I’ve already got my knife. I’ve already chopped the potatoes. So, I did six large potatoes that I got from Sam’s Club. And voila, honeys. And don’t forget, so when you cut them, cut them open, cut them again and then cut them into fours. That’s what I did. So half them up, then quarter them up and then put them in your colander. And then so your potatoes are now ready for your potatoes are now ready for your 9 by6 9 by 12 at 16 [ __ ] All right, honey. So, but first we’re going to go ahead and heat this up for 1 minute. All right, we’re going to heat it up. All right, so we got that on a minute. Maybe it needs to take more. So, we’re going to go ahead and put the potatoes in already. Quarter size. Going to put these in here. All right. Okay. Yeah, this is just enough. All right. So, this is what it looks like. Got that in there. Oh, we also got a fork right here, too. Perfect. That off. Put that right there. All right, honeys. So, we’re almost ready. All right. So, it takes 40 seconds, not a minute. So, here’s your butter. You’re going to pour them over your potatoes cuz this is supposed to help with the um Okay. So, we’re going to give that a quick stir through your potatoes to make sure that every potato has got some of that butter where um the seasonings can stick to it. Okay. And I think honeys, this is my first time making this. Okay. Okay. So, we got it through there. Show it to you. The butter is all over them. We’re going to put some of this avocado oil. We’ll sprinkle it on around it, too. Okay. That. All right. So, we’re going to give it another stir to make sure that the olive oil I mean not the olive oil, the avocado oil and the butter is already onto it onto the potatoes. So, if you forget a side that you didn’t do the butter, you can go ahead and make sure you get that. And then I want to scrape the dish now. Oh, I can’t wait to see these potatoes when they come out. Oh my god, they’re going to be so good, honeys. All right, so we got the oil on them. We got the butter on them. Now it’s time to add the seasonings to them. So, wrong tab. We don’t want to put the whole thing in there. So, here we go. Make sure. Okay, there we go. And make sure you just make sure to be gener generous with this because you want your potatoes to be all seasoned up, all buttered, everything. And we’re going to put this on 450 for 25 minutes. Make sure all the all the seasonings on them. Okay. Voila. So, look at that. Okay. So, now we’re going to put them in the oven on 450 for 25 minutes. So, I’ll see you guys in 25 minutes. Oh, yeah. Be right back, honey. All right, honey. So, we already got the potatoes out of the oven and we put them on 450 for 44 minutes instead of uh 20 25 minutes cuz it need the potatoes needed some more time to be soft because I forgot to cover them up. If I covered them up, it would have probably been 25 minutes. So, hold on one minute, honeys. Look at them. All right, so after that, I’m going to put some cheddar cheese on it. I got a little bit left. So, I’m going to sprinkle this on top. Put some Put some uh All right. Look at that. Yum. Okay. So, we got that. Okay. And honeys, I’m eating my pork chop right now. That is like the seasoned. Look at that. Oh, it’s so good. Okay, look at that. The season and the crust and the full Yes. [Music] Yeah, that’s really good. Okay, so I’m going to try out a potato. Look at that scene. All right, so honeys, we’re going to try this out. I’m going to cut it over my plate. I’m talking. That is so good. M, especially with the cheese over it and stuff. Look at that. M. Let’s have another one. This is really good. I think I’m going to start having them this way cuz they’re so good, so tender. So, we know cooking them on 450 for 44 minutes uncovered or you can put it on 450 for 22 minutes covered. So, I’m going to try it the covered way next time. And I got some more pork chops going in the um air fryer. So, when I air fry my pork chops, I put them on 400 for 14 minutes now. And there’s a button on mine is called shake. So, it lets you know within 7 minutes of those 14 minutes, half of it to come flip the pork chops. So, that’s another good feature that I have on my air fryer. It’s a Casori air fryer. I freaking love mine. I’ve had mine for like a year or a year and a half now. I love it. And honeys, get you one. Oo, look at this cheesy cheesy potato. M. The seasoning, it’s so good. It makes you lose track of what seasoning that you’re using. That’s really good. But honeys, I hope you guys enjoy this video. So good. Don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up.
