Hi! I have my wine stored on shelves inside a cool cabinet. Some of the bottles are stored on a display shelf, I will attach a picture, the shelf has about a 30 degree incline so the bottles are not in a supine position. I am afraid the corks would dry out. Do you have any tips? Should I turn the bottles upside down once in a while?
Thanks in advance!

At 30° there should be plenty of liquid in contact with this cork. If you’re worried it’s uneven, you might consider rotating them a half turn every few months.

With that said, I’ve seen plenty of wine stored standing upright without any issues, some for several decades. Not ideal, but rarely an issue. Especially if the humidity is fine.
