Freshly installed Big Joe and just noticed this beauty. What’s the recommended fix for this?
Also, it’s a standalone big Joe with the feet and one of the feet is loose so I can slide it in and out like either it or the countertop it’s sitting on is not flat. Has anyone experienced this? Do I just shim it?

That seems cosmetic only. I’d probably live with it
Happened to me, contact customer support and they’ll send you some free touch up paint
Are you using 3 feet or 4?
3 will give you a stable platform, regardless of any minor irregularities.
Minor surface damage. Repaint and start cooking. as for the feet, just play around with em till you’re satisfied.
Hmmmm… call cust Svc about this. It’s ok now but over time either heat it will change
Man, if that was anywhere else, I’d just ignore it. But add me to team touch up paint. I’d level the grates and shim the sliding foot. 3 points of contact is sufficient, but 4 helps to spread the weight and if you have it, why not use it.
