    When shaping, get the holes to about 4 inches in diameter. If it’s trying to spring back, rest the dough for 15 minutes before attempting again!

    Better for making sandwiches!! They look great!! I hate when the holes are too big and my sandwich things fall out!

    Porobably spread the dough in a different orientation for some of the bagels. The gluten strands are kinda “combed” in ceirtain direction and stretch more easily into that .
