FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:
280g – All-purpose Flour
6g – Sugar
4.5g – Salt
7g – Instant Dry Yeast
158ml – Warm Water (60℃)
45ml -Olive Oil
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
125g – Pizza Sauce
200g – Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
175g – Chicken Pepperoni
120g – Pineapple Chunks (Drained Well)
APPLIANCES USE :

Knead the dough for 2–3 minutes on low speed for a quick and smoother dough.

Programme: Pizza Mode
Top Temp: 230°C
Bottom Temp: 230°C
Preheat Oven: 10 minutes
Bake Duration: 15 minutes
