Been absolutely struggling with eating healthy lately. My gym has been closed for two months and I work 12 hour shifts so my habits have taken a turn for the worse.

Currently PMSing and instead of ordering my weekly Crumbl box I made homemade naan and this chickpea curry which I enjoyed after a home calisthenics workout. Cheers to better habits!

Is this a good start to the Mediterranean diet?

Yum! Looks great! I think you’re on the right track as the Mediterranean diet is about whole grains, legumes, and veggies!

This is great! Med eating helps me control my stress-induced sugar cravings. I indulge every once in a while of course, but getting enough fiber and nutrients helps me feel full and satisfied, improves my mood, and get more restful sleep. I work a crazy job, often 16-18 hour days, and taking 15 min a couple times a week to make something as simple as a whole grain, legume, and steamed veggies is always a good investment in my wellbeing. You got this!
