I got carrots evoo and DC salt! Anywhere between 350 and 450 for two to three (or four sometimes) beers. Even better next day!

Slice up a cabbage into 1.5-2″ slices, hit it with Lowrey’s (or whatever seasoning you’d like), and grill ’til it looks done

Roast purple sweet potatoes, wrapped up in foil. They release this nutty, sweet flavor that is delicious.

I did this last week. I had some leftover turkey rub that I used at Thanksgiving and it tasted amazing. I just threw the carrots on next to the chicken legs I was grilling

I saw someone post a picture with a whole zucchini doing the same thing yesterday with no finished picture. I thought WTF are they doing?
Then I thought about it get the char and sugars cooking without turning it to mush. It. Chop it after the cook,

Love this. I cook carrots on the egg all the time. Ton of variations. Slather on some harissa cut with olive oil at the end, make a sauce with fresh mint and Greek yogurt, if you get some really sweet carrots a light brush of soy + fish sauce at the end is interesting. So many options and minimal effort.
