[homemade] New York Cheesecake with a Lemon Blueberry Sauce

This was one of the things that I wanted to make after the immense success of my tiramisu, and I think I did really well here! I browned the butter used in my crust and I added a lot of hits of lemon into the cake itself as well as the sauce. I'm really happy with how this turned out and it was my first time really putting some thought and effort into the plating!
