  1. I made Dr. Liu’s sandwich yesterday for my family, my son wanted seconds. But I did omit the patty, toasted the bread and sautΓ©ed the tomato and onions. Still a lot healthier than what I would have made in the past. Thank you for the inspiration Dr!

  2. There’s a huge difference between pickled and fermented. Fermented preservation is ancient and it’s so easy to do it’s just salt and water. Pickled uses vinegar and isn’t as healthy to our microbes as fermentation is. Sauerkraut is better than lettuce because lettuce is the largest culprit in salmonella and E. coli infections especially in restaurants and bagged products from the grocery store. You’re better off with grocery store sauerkraut or kimchi from the cold section of the grocery store.

  3. According to ChatGPT, carmelizing onions doesn’t reduce the amount of n-propyl disulfide they contain.

The toxic amount would still be about 0.4 ounces (caramelized) for a 5-pound Chihuahua.

  4. ❀❀ Thank you so much really enjoyed just getting all information related to eating healthy food and the love u described ur memories with ur parents ❀❀❀❀

  5. I do trust this channel😊. So many out there..Thank you for the time stamps. Because of your authentic true and backed up info your videos are longer. So I get lots of value watching the parts I know least about

  6. OK, so just saw a video where you recommended the Target cacao powder. It does not exceed safety standard in CA for max amnt of cadmium, but other brands have measurably less. Navitas is the most readily available. But more worrying is that Target brand does exceed CA safety levels for lead. Most people focus on cadmium with cacao, but lead is also a concern and a major one with this target product. Exact level not specified, but exceed's CA's 0.5 Β΅g/day — by how much is unclear.. Navitas is 0.4. Mountain Rose is anopther good choice with low lead and cadmium levels.

  7. You ask correan, they are never have poisoning food, even though they always eating kimchi with everything! and the kimchi sometimes ages already (1 year kimchi etc).. I think you just know nothing about probiotics…

  8. Hahahaha! I use hummus instead of Mayo when I eat canned Tuna. Which is rare! I typically avoid canned foods.
Also there is a 7 grain sprouted FLOURLESSS bread on the market. Has no flo
