recipe comes from Sam Gwaz

2 cups fairlife low fat milk
5 T gelatin
3-4 servings protein powder(needs xanthan gum in it)
Chocolate and coconut oil

Bloom milk and gelatin, whisking frequently.
Pour into stand mixer, add protein powder and white 10-15 minutes until thick and tripled in size.
Pour into parchment lined dish and refrigerate before dipping into melted chocolate.

**
I made two batches- one a peppermint chocolate, the other a vanilla base.
I ended up having to blend the milk and gelatin because no matter how much I whisked, I had gelatin clumps.

In my peppermint batch I only added 3 scoops of protein as opposed to the 4 scoops in my vanilla base.
Unless you want the extra protein, 3 servings should be enough.
I used an 8×8 dish and cut 8 large bars
