With another milestone for Singapore’s independence rolling around, restaurants are taking their celebrations to the next level. For SG60, promotional deals and limited-time specials are already popping up, with restaurants dishing out innovative collaborations and twists on our cultural classics to celebrate the city-state’s 60th year of independence.

From chef-led team-ups to kitchen takeovers and exciting new dishes, here’s our list of SG60 dining promotions to look out for.

1. KeyakiSG60 dining deals

Elegance is the name of the game at Keyaki’s SG60 dining specials. Singapore’s 60th birthday is one of the first promotions that the restaurant is holding since its welcoming of its new Executive Chef, Teruya Noriyoshi. In celebration of the occasion, Keyaki is offering weekend lunch set deals on select Saturdays, with guests able to enjoy the Gindara Teriyaki with Tempura Gozen at a discounted price. Customers will also be able to savor its weekday teppanyaki delights (Monday to Thursday), which feature premium ingredients like Australian lobster and Japanese wagyu, at a discounted price during lunch and dinner. 

2. EdgeSG60 dining deals

Award-winning buffet restaurant Edge is presenting their own gastronomic journey as part of SG60 with their showcase “Flavours of the Lion City”. Developed by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team, the showcase presents classic Singaporean dishes to bring guests a sense of nostalgia and delight.

Highlights include dishes like Salted Baked Crab, Wok-fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Opah Leaf, Peppery Bak Kut Teh with Pork Stomach, and a live station serving Durian Kueh Pie Tee. A special lunch buffet experience will also be available as part of the restaurant’s promotions on select Saturdays, with guests being able to enjoy lower prices when they come in groups of 4 or more, inclusive of a complimentary welcome drink. 

3. Fullerton Hotel SingaporeSG60 dining deals

The Fullerton Hotel has an entire array of promotions and special features available for SG60, including collaborations with local hawkers and afternoon tea experiences. 

One of its highlights is a collaboration with iconic Singaporean chain Ya Kun Kaya Toast to present Memory Lane Afternoon Tea, a uniquely Singaporean afternoon tea experience. Served at both The Courtyard (Fullerton Hotel Singapore) and The Landing Point (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, it is Ya Kun’s first collaboration with a hotel for an afternoon tea experience. Running from 14 July to 21 August, guests can savour a carefully curated dessert repertoire presented with Ya Kun ingredients, including Ya Kun kopi and dark chocolate ganache, Ondeh Ondeh. Savoury dishes include Chilli Crab topped with caviar and kohlrabi, and Nyonya-style Curry Chicken served on a potato bun. Every set comes with a serving of Ya Kun coffee or tea alongside a Nanyang Breeze cocktail. Guests visiting The Courtyard on the weekends of 2 and 3 August, or 9 and 10 August, will also be treated to an exclusive demonstration of heritage coffee and tea preparations by Ya Kun representatives. 

A special yum cha experience will be available at Jade, the hotel’s in-house Cantonese restaurant, from 5 July to 31 August, with guests being allowed to select 15 items from their menu. Boasting handcrafted dim sum and exquisitely decorated desserts, the highlights of Jade’s repertoire include Wok-Fried Silver Needle Noodles with Minced Pork served in a claypot, as well as the newly-debuted Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Crab Meat and Crab Roe. 

The Lighthouse, a historic venue by the Singapore River, will open its doors on 9 August for a night of celebration. The four-course Singapore Skyline Dinner at Lighthouse will include access to the open-air rooftop bar and an unparalleled view of the Singapore skyline, wowing guests with beautiful views of the aerial display and fireworks from the National Day celebrations. 

4. Cafe Quenino, Artyzen Singapore

Multiculturalism is in the air at Cafe Quenino’s SG60 celebrations — think taro pork belly buns, kaya mille-feuille, cocktails inspired by Chinatown and Orchard, and much more. The cafe, situated in Artyzen Singapore, is hosting The Heart of SG60, a six-month culinary campaign featuring collaborations with esteemed chefs around the world. 

Running through October 2025, the campaign pays tribute to the diverse food heritage of Singapore, blending traditional flavors with innovative reinterpretations of Singaporean cuisine. August will also feature a one-off collaborative menu created by all participating chefs, combining each monthly treat into a special spread that will be available for both lunch and dinner. Interested diners can also meet the participating chefs in person during 1-2 Aug during a guest appearance. 

5. ColonySG60 dining deals

At Colony, the days of Singapore’s colonial past are coming alive with a lavish buffet featuring Singaporean cuisine. Guests can enjoy twists on local dishes in Colony’s seven conservatory kitchens during the National Day weekend from 8 to 10 August, where mouthwatering variations of local creations will be served. These include dishes like Otah-Stuffed Salmon Wellington with Smoked Salmon Cream Sauce and Beef Rendang Lasagna, which will be served alongside Singaporean classics like laksa and chilli crab with mantou. 

In tribute to Singapore’s pioneers and the role they played in Singapore’s development, an additional promotion is available for seniors every Monday to Thursday, 7 July to 7 August. For every three full-paying adults, one guest from the Pioneer or Merdeka generation (60 and above) can enjoy a discounted lunch buffet at Colony from SGD 60 per person. 

6. Summer Pavillion

The one-Michelin-starred Summer Pavilion also has its own deals for SG60, with chef Cheung Siu Kong whipping up a delectable, specially-curated six-course National Day set lunch and dinner that blends Cantonese culinary techniques with local flavors. Guests will be delighted by the twists on childhood favourite dishes — for example, Malay-style Nasi Lemak is reimagined as Barbequed Stuffed Chicken Wing and Steamed Glutinous Rice with XO Sauce in a distinctly Cantonese twist, roasted to perfection. The course will run from 4 to 10 August and will begin from SGD 188 per person. 

7. Little FarmsSG60 dining deals

Little Farms is honoring Singapore’s culinary spirit this year with exclusive kitchen takeovers by renowned Singaporean chefs, as well as special dishes created to celebrate SG60. The limited time Kerabu Risotto with Flame-Grilled Assam Tiger Prawn will be available at Little Farms outlets islandwide from 1 July to 31 August. 

In addition, two Singaporean culinary talents will be taking over the Little Farms kitchens on different dates to bring their own flair to the different outlets around Singapore. Known as the “Queen of Rempahs”, Grace Kee’s Peranakan-inspired dishes will grace Little Farms Bistro, Katong Point on 24 and 25 July. Her exclusive pop-up features a 10 dish “Feed Me” menu beginning from $88 per person, serving dishes with a classic Peranakan flair. Guests can look forward to items like Nonya Chicken Curry steeped in coconut milk and spices as well as her refreshing Karabu Fruit Salad. Those who wish to try more Peranakan cuisine will be delighted, as classic Peranakan dishes like Ayam Buah Keluak and Itek Sio will also be available for preorder. 

A one-day popup by hawker sensation Blackgoat will also be held at Little Farms Serangoon Gardens on 8 August. Known for their signature charcoal-grilled flavor, chef Fikri Rohaimi and his passionate team will be dishing up Western favourites like grass-fed Black Angus steak, free-range Australian lamb chops, smoky cheeseburgers and much more.

8. LeVeL 33

Things are brewing 33 levels off the ground. LeVeL 33, the world’s highest urban microbrewery, is collaborating with chef-artist Janice Wong to present a cacao-infused dining experience for SG60. Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski of LeVeL 33 will serve up two limited-edition experiences alongside Janice Wong’s imaginative chocolate and pastry concoctions.

For one night only, LeVeL 33 will be hosting a SG60 National Day Cacao Experience beginning at $328 per person. On 9 August, guests will experience a free-roaming, immersive tasting journey, including butler-passed canapés and live stations serving up everything from Chocolate Aged Wagyu Beef to Market Oyster Omelette Chawanmushi. The night’s menu features nine dishes by Chef Jake that interweave local flavours with sustainable twists and different elements of cacao, finishing with Chef Janice’s edible dessert installation, which includes Chocolate Bon Bons in chilli padi and chendol flavors as well as Chocolate Water Rocks.

From 11 to 31 August, the limited-time collaboration continues, with the star of the show being a 100% pasture-fed King Island Tenderloin from Tasmania that is aged in-house with Chef Janice’s chocolate, served with a sauce made from pink pepper and LeVeL 33’s house-made stout. And for those who want some drinks, the Cacao Sling is a drink exclusively crafted for and only available during the month of August. A take on the iconic Singapore Sling, the Cacao Sling features cacao-nib infused Brass Lion Singapore Gin and Aztec chocolate for anyone who’s had a chocolate tooth.

9. Old Seng Choong

Heritage bakery Old Seng Choong is joining in on the celebrations by unveiling a limited-edition Pandan Coffee Chiffon Cake. Specialising in traditional cakes, cookies and bakes inspired by Singapore’s heritage, Old Seng Choong’s creations invoke nostalgia in every bite, and this cake is no exception. This pandan chiffon cake is infused with the aromas of the 1980s-style kopi that has become a cultural icon in Singapore today.

Old Seng Choong is also offering a promotional bundle. In addition to the Pandan Coffee Chiffon Cake, the Old Seng Choong SG60 Bundle includes its famous Coffee Cookies and Pandan Coconut cookies, perfectly wrapped and decorated for gifts, family enjoyment, or more. The cake and the promotional bundle are currently retailing at $28.80 and a promotional price of $60 respectively at all Old Seng Choong outlets and online stores.

10. Peppermint

Back by popular demand, the Peranakan Heritage Buffet at Peppermint is returning from 18 July to 10 August in honour of SG60, featuring historical Nyonya recipes. Guests who visit for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays will be treated to a Live Durian Station in the restaurant’s urban farm, where free-flow premium varieties like Mao Shan Wang and Red Prawn will be served. The Gigantic Wild Catch Live Station will also serve delicacies like Giant Stingray and King Garoupa are cooked on-site.

Peppermint is also serving heritage dishes like Assam King Prawn, Smoked Satay Wagyu Beef Belly Lemak and more, celebrating Singapore’s robust and diverse culinary heritage while utilising Peppermint’s farm-to-table resources.

11. Portman’s Bar

A Singapore-inspired Afternoon Tea will be available from 18 July to 10 August at Portman’s Bar, where delightful local flavours are reimagined in teatime desserts. Old-school nostalgia lingers in desserts like the Kopi Scone with Clotted Cream, while guests can enjoy savoury creations like the Rojak-style You Tiao and the Old School Western Chicken Chop, transformed into a bite-sized favourite in a polo bun. The afternoon tea concludes with sweet treats like the Pandan Coconut Financier, made with fresh pandan leaves directly grown within the hotel’s urban farm, as well as the bar’s spin on traditional desserts like Liu Sha Bao and Chendol.

A trio of locally-inspired cocktails will also be available at Portman’s Bar. Created by resident mixologist Omar Bodestyne, the Laksamana is a savoury-sweet nod to the dish of the same name, featuring laksa leaf-infused vodka, coconut cream, chilli padi and a garnish of shrimp on the side. The Milo Old Fashioned infuses bourbon with the country’s favourite chocolate milk powder, combining it with bitters and lemongrass syrup for a refined and herbaceous twist. Finally, the Ice Kacang cocktail evokes the memories of this beloved dessert by swirling together red bean-infused vodka, condensed milk and citrus. All three cocktails start at $24 and will be available from 18 July to 10 August.

12. The Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar at The Singapore EDITION is celebrating SG60 by bringing back its Afternoon Tea series for its third edition. Created by Executive Culinary Chef Cesar A. Perez de Anda and Executive Pastry Chef Alex Chong, the SG60 Afternoon Tea will be available Wednesday through Sunday from 1 August to 30 November. Two signature sets, Shophouse Stories ($60 per pax) and Little Red Dot ($88 per pax) will be served.

The Shophouse Stories set features afternoon tea delights that chronicle the journey of Singapore’s vibrant shophouses, with savoury treats like Kueh Pie Tee, Kaya Honeycomb, Burnt Foie Grass Tart, and more. Sweet creations include Silky Gula Melaka, the Emerald Jewel, a pandan cheesecake with caramelised coconut and pandan mochi, and live-prepared Osmanthus & Chrysanthemum Affogato.

The Little Red Dot set is identical to the Shophouse Stories set, with the addition of the savoury Lobster Royal served with sambal aioli, calamansi and pineapple, as well as the additional pastry Pisang Emas, a take on the local goreng pisang dish that adds coffee shortcrust, coconut almond cream and coffee mascarpone.

13. Madison’s

In a unique, first-of-its-kind collaboration, Madison’s is collaborating with modern Singapore jewellery brand By Invite Only to present a SG60-themed Afternoon Tea priced at $88 per pax, pairing Madison’s desserts with the transformation of Madison’s Porter Lounge into a thoughtfully curated jewellery showcase for guests to view. Each afternoon tea for two is served alongside curated tea pairings or SG60-themed beverages, containing a mix of sweet and savoury delights like Tutu Kueh Mousee, Matcha Strawberry, Mini Croissants with fish Otah tempura, caviar, and Toasted Brioche with BBQ chicken “jerky”. In addition, the first 60 bookings will receive a Tutu Collection necklace, with subsequent guests receiving By Invite Only earrings.

In addition to its afternoon tea offerings, Madison’s is running an additional promotion that allows any guests born in the year of 1965 to dine with compliments from 1 July to 8 August, during lunch and dinner on weekdays. The eligible guest will enjoy a complementary à la carte main course when accompanying guests order from select sections on the menu, with a minimum of four guests per table.

14. MOGĀ

At izakaya cocktail bar MOGĀ, the SG60 Pick & Sip 3-Lah! Experience is currently ongoing til 9 August, where guests can pick from three izakaya-style bites or three curated cocktails beginning at $60.

The three savoury bites include a Fried Milk Bun served with a rich chilli crab sauce, the Nasi Lemak Roll layered with karaage bits for a fresh crunch, and the Grilled Mochi Satay served with a house-made peanut sauce and pickled cucumbers. The three curated cocktails are also picked from the SG60 Cocktail Edition menu, composed of Pandan!, a local twist on the mojito with house-made pandan syrup, the Gula Melaka Alexander that combines brandy, cream and chocolate bitters with gula melaka, and the MOGA Gimlet Fizz that includes calamansi and Sudachi Champagne.

15. Lime Restaurant

With a hearty themed buffet spotlighting local produce and ingredients, the culinary team at Lime Restaurant is celebrating SG60 with a new collection of five dishes — the Homegrown Collection. From 4 to 10 August, the exclusive dishes will be available on Lime Restaurant’s buffet line, comprising of Locally Farmed Mushroom Buns, Tandoori Prawn with Cold Somen, Pan-seared Seabass, Oven-baked Peranakan-style Tilapia and Mushroom Tiramisu. In addition, additional local favourites will be served from 8 to 10 August, including dishes like Singapore Chilli Crab, Roti Prata and Satay. Nostalgic desserts round off the restaurant’s offerings, with sweet treats like Ondeh Ondeh and Durian Pengat.

For the aspiring home chefs, Executive Chef Alvin Leong will be hosting an open kitchen for his Local Produce Menu Cooking Demonstration, where he will walk guests through the process of preparing the Tandoori Prawn with Cold Somen and Oven-baked Peranakan-style Tilapia. Following the session, visitors will be able to enjoy Lime’s full buffet spread.

16. GU:UMLafer @ Maxwell Market, Singapore

GU:UM, an elevated Korean steakhouse created by one Michelin-starred chef Louis Han from NAE:UM, is also rolling out offers for SG60. To celebrate the country where he first met his wife, where his culinary career took off, and where he now owns three restaurants, chef Louis Han and his culinary team have come up with special Korean-Singaporean dishes based on each of his team’s shared heritages. 

The Gochujang Soft Shell Chilli Crab is a loving recreation of Singapore’s favourite chilli crab dish, topped with Korean peppers and served with fried tteok in place of the typical mantou. Other dishes being offered include the Dalkochi Satay, Mandu Wings, Uncle Lulu’s Fried Rice and Red & White Bingsu. These dishes will stay on GU:UM’s menu from 8 July to 31 August, accompanied by a complimentary cocktail with every GU:UM Sang order, allowing diners to enjoy the SG60 menu as part of a complete meal. 

Dining and Cooking
