They are making a product you haven’t heard of. They make pasta, but it’s called Umami Pasta. They make pasta, but they really make it under proper conditions. So, as it should be, They make it like it’s done in Italy. That’s why I was curious, and today it was my chance to come. I had actually seen Umami Pasta before, but I hadn’t come. Whenever I come here, seafood, pizza, meat, and things like that are eaten. Pasta doesn’t come to mind, but I assure you, if you have a family with children, you will somehow end up here for your child. And while you’re here, you get to eat a proper product. Now I have two types of pasta in front of me. The concept here is this. They make four types of pasta. They make these from Semolina. Semolina, egg, and of course water. There’s nothing else. So it’s a type of pasta that I like. In many places, they make it from flour. I’m also happy that they make it from Semolina. Because I really love it. After you choose the pasta, you can also select other items from the menu, meaning what goes inside. You are choosing what will be added or what sauce will be added. I chose two different pastas. But while saying these, I will get a little support from my phone. On the left side, there is something called Tagliata Al Tartufo. It has Argentine Prime meat on it. But it’s a very thinly sliced Prime meat. A nice pasta. This is made with the pasta called Casarecce. Here, there is a white bolognese made from Rigatoni pasta. There is a pasta called Bolonez Bianco. There is meat inside this one too. But on top, there are lemons and such, just right. prepared in a summer style. If you want, first of all, this. Let’s try it by tasting the pasta. The sauce has sunk a bit. I’m taking the sauce too. Hmm. Look, it’s very nice. They prepare the pasta fresh. Also, let me show you like this. The sauce is very nicely mixed. Hmm. The pasta is very nice. I’m looking at the meat. The meat is also very nice. But one wants to turn the sauce below upside down. And it’s very filling, the portion. Just like the seafood they prepare here. Whatever they have, they really put a lot of filling in it. Let’s also check our rigatoni pasta. This is a sauce that is referred to as white bolognese. I had it somewhere the other day. It was very nice. But I had it in Turkey. Now let’s see if I will get the same taste from this one. The grated lemons on top have made this a perfect summer dish. Very nice. Honestly, I liked the rigatoni more. My style is a bit more like this pasta, as in thick pasta that has a bite to it. This one is a little bit harder. The shape is very thin. But this is exactly my style. Shall I show it without spilling? It looks very nice. Let me also tell you what’s inside. Tagliata tartufo has truffle, a cheese mixture, and casarecce pasta. Therefore, despite not having too many products, it gives a very nice flavor. Of course, there are a lot of mushrooms. There are mushrooms as well. The sauce is very nice. There is really sour cream in the sauce. As for the Bolognese Bianco, it has ground beef, white wine, cream cheese, and a Bolognese sauce made with truffle. Of course, I preferred tagliata pasta in it. I think it became much more delicious this way. Now, this place opened in 2020. Since the day it opened, it has mainly been offering takeout. Now personally, on busy days here. I mean, if you don’t have a reservation to eat in Dedeağaç, But if you really need to eat somehow, I would come here if I were you. I would give it a chance here. Because you are eating something different. I mean, one evening seafood, one evening meat, and one evening you can eat pasta too. I can say that. The only thing is that since this place works as takeout, the plates are like this. But I think day by day, I’m sure that when you come here, as their customers increase, they will also change the plates. I think they make very nice pasta because they make fresh pasta. The flavors are very nice. Inside, there is also a tiramisu made with mascarpone cheese. You know, it’s a tradition for us now. If we see something like that on the menu, we won’t forgive it. If you want, we can also eat that. Now the tiramisu has arrived. Let me show you the tiramisu. By the way, I filmed how it is prepared. It looks very nice. They serve it in a glass. They soak the ladyfingers underneath in freshly brewed coffee. They put it in the glass and then add the cream on top. It’s made from mascarpone. Let me taste it first. Let me show you like this. It looks nice. Honestly, it’s as good as it looks. Oh, the coffee flavor is very nice. I liked this, look. Very nice. So if you want to have a dessert here, this should be one of them. Even though they create their own style a bit in Italy, the options are pre-selected on the menu. You can’t change the pasta. Also, there is a very interesting cooking method here. They have made an automation system inside. The pastas are cooked correctly. They lift themselves up at the right time. Then you take it and put it on a plate and portion it. When portioning, there is a scoop. More precisely, there is a funnel. It is added to the plate without spilling in that funnel. An interesting method. Cash is not accepted. Only credit cards. They have made an automatic system for that too. They take it there. Honestly, I liked it. Their concept is nice. So if you stay here for 4 days, you can dedicate one evening to this place. They make really delicious products because they are handmade. Especially their pastas, The sauces are very nice. You have to end the day with tiramisu as well. I recommend it. Yes, our bill has arrived. We had 3 dishes. 2 of them are pasta. Tagliata al tartufo is 12.5 euros. I must especially mention that there is a piece of meat on it. Rigatoni is 8 euros. Our tiramisu is 4 euros. So it’s custom-made and handmade from semolina. The price for the pasta made is amazing. And on top of that, a black Angus. There is Argentine black Angus. The meat was amazing, by the way. It was cooked very watery. As it should be. They were holding it in the frying pan for a very short time. I really liked it, to be honest. Whenever you want a different alternative You can come here in Dedeağaç. Now let’s set off for the last stop of the day. This time we are doing something a little different. Not with fish, we are finishing with meat. Right after this very delicious pasta, we arrived at Tsitsiko. You couldn’t eat pasta, but I can say I ate it for you. I ordered two pasta dishes. He took a break by the sea. My spouse took a break by the sea. That’s why he/she is probably happy. Yes, I am happy. Great, I’m glad. Now Tsitsiko is the meat restaurant here. Just like we have Elbet Steakhouse or Nusret, everyone comes to Tsitsiko here. They opened in 2020. It roughly corresponds to the post-pandemic period. They make everything handmade. Not just the dressings in the salads. From making potatoes. To everything else they can prepare. There is also baby mashed potatoes and such. They do everything by hand. That’s why it’s a nice place. Our friends who live here recommended this place too. That’s why we trust it. In front of us is a Rib Eye. There is a very nice Rib Eye. If you want, you can start and then we can start commenting. By the way, it’s a meat restaurant, but the seating isn’t very luxurious or anything. It’s quite normal. Yes. It’s not, right? What do they call this type of restaurant? This is a normal… It’s a casual place, I mean. Like a casual restaurant. By the way, we are drinking Mamos. We love Mamos. We prefer it when we come here. I intentionally made it a bit frothy. That’s why we prefer salts that dissolve as much as possible on the palate. Salts that dissolve in food feel a bit different to me. Making a normal watery dish with these is a bit risky. But for products you can add later, salts like this, especially Maldon salt adds a great flavor, I think. Absolutely. But personally, when it comes to food, I can’t quite get the hang of these types of products. Now, when it comes to Rib Eye, I need to explain this before finishing. A cow has 13 ribs. The area between ribs 1 and 6 is the ribeye section. The area between ribs 6 and 7 to 13 is also known as Rib Eye. This part is a bit fattier and more flavorful. On average, you get about 30 pieces of 300 grams Rib Eye from one animal. That’s a pretty good number. The raw version we have is also 300 grams. Of course, it decreases after cooking. It drops to around 270 to 250 grams. But the quality of the meat you eat is amazing. The aroma on the palate is incredible. The taste of the salt, the taste of the charcoal is very good.
